Please note that all sales are final. In the event you receive print(s) damaged in shipment, please send us 2-3 photos of the damaged art and packaging so we can arrange for a replacement.
Exhibit No.9 values its buyers and artists. We do the utmost to protect your purchases. All artworks sold through the gallery and website are guaranteed to be the signed and authenticated works of the artists. Prints are of closed limited editions specified with each artwork and are mastered by in-house print studio with 25 years experience in image making and production
When purchasing original artworks, we provide hand-signed, dated, titled and numbered authenticity certificates. For purchases of limited edition archival pigment prints which are mastered in our dedicated studio, we provide our unique imprints on the back of all prints which include artist signature, date, title and number of the edition.

Once financial transactions are approved, artwork is packed securely (prints in heavy tubes), insured against loss or damage, then shipped by UPS Ground in the Domestic US and Canada, or by post to International locations. Shipping fee will be added at the time of check out. Approximate delivery time is about 2 weeks in the Domestic US and Canada, or more internationally depending on customs and other factors.
Your privacy is important to us. The information you provide on our website is held in the strictest confidence. We do not share your personal contact information or store your personal financial information, credit card numbers, etc. From time to time we may contact you regarding Exhibit No.9 news, events or special purchases. We may also use your email to confirm your order and send you status updates on the shipping of your purchases.
